to stay the number one Russian airline. We have at the moment 40% of the Russian market share and are by far the largest Russian airline. Our hub is Moscow Vnukovo which allows us short turn around times. Two focus cities are Saint Petersburg and Novosibirsk. The main focus of the airline is to connect Russia, Europe, the CIS-countries and Asia with each other.
- How can you help us?We have the largest domestic network in Russia and the CIS countries, therefor we're your gate to Russia & CIS.
- Are you an active player?Yes, i'm a student in Transport Economics, therefor have quite some spare time, so check (multiple times) daily my account.
- Do you have any preexisting commitments to particular airlines or groups of airlines?I have interlinings at the moment with some members of the alliance and some non-members, feel free to investigate my IL-partners. I have some country-exclusive interlinings.
Service, Pricing, subsidiaries.I offer on all flights food and amenities. My seats are for economy the Economy 600 AS$/seat, and for business the Business Basic 1,250 AS$/seat. We do not offer first class because our flight attendants can more than compensate the lack of first class by their high service profile in business and economy class
. Pricing is at 200%, if that doesn't work we go down to 150-100%. We have two subsidiaries: Aero Oka Siberia & Aero Oka Vostok, these are only feeder services to Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk and Vladivostok. These subsidiaries are created to keep fleet commonality as the subsidiaries use also Russian made aircraft (Tupolev 214). The subsidiaries can be included in the alliance, but does not have to.
FleetWe use the Bombardier CRJ-700 for the short-haul domestic and thin-European flights. This jet-aircraft has a decent speed and short turn-around time, which enables us to offer high frequency flights. The airbus A320 serie is used on the European flights and some of the CIS-flights. Longhaul flights are carried out by the Boeing 767-200ER. All planes are less than 3 years old and are kept in excellent conditions.
Miscellaneous We'd like to be the only member from Russia. Because more Russian members in one alliance has too much overlap in my opinion. After all the Russian aviation market is concentrated on Moscow&St.Petersburg.
